Phone service restored at YSU

Youngstown State University's phone service has been restored.

A PenguinAlert sent to students and staff on Thursday said the university's phone lines are "experiencing issues," but did not specify what these issues are.

A text alert sent at 5:30 p.m. announced the restoration of service.
