The Raymond John Wean Foundation has approved $431,000 in grants that were awarded to organizations in Ohio for general operating support.
According to a news release, the grant funding supports the Wean Foundation's priorities of community revitalization and economic opportunity, as well as public and civic sector leadership.
Wean Foundation President Jennifer Roller says the organizations provide support to the Mahoning Valley nonprofit ecosystem and advance issues such as stronger neighborhoods, racial equality and enhanced capacity and leadership.
"We're grateful for their contributions to building a more equitable Mahoning Valley," Roller said.
