Brookfield man pleads guilty to two counts of pandering child pornography

A 20 year-old Brookfield man has pled guilty to two counts of child porn charges and faces up to 20 years in prison.

Nathaniel Thompson has been convincted of two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, second-degree felonies.

The child porn found downloaded onto Thompson's electronics was discovered by Brookfield police after a tip was sent to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force in Cuyahoga County.  

Authorities will be conducting a background check on Thompson prior to his sentencing.

He will also be registered as a tier 2 sex offender which means he will have to register with his local sheriff's office twice a year for the next 25 years.
