Campbell police looking for missing man last seen a week ago

The Campbell Police Department is looking for a missing man.

According to the police report, Richard Rayford was last seen at noon on July 17 when he was dropped off at a home in the 500 block of Blossom Avenue.

Rayford, 40, is described as a Black male, 6-foot tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, shorts and a black hat.
