The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is extending an investigation to include the public, asking for help in postively identifying a suspect accused of fraudulent actitivities.
PSP notified health care agencies and other providers to review employment records for the suspect on July 22.
Shannon Nicole Womack is accused of allegedly using several aliases to obtain jobs and practice in several nursing positions.
Pictured above, PSP is seeking the public's help to positively identify the pictured suspect's legal name.
Officials say that Womack may have worked as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), registered nurse (RN) and registered nurse supervisor at rehabilitation and nursing home facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Womack is charged with allegedly securing these jobs through staffing agencies by submitting fraudulently signed documents and by allegedly creating a false LLC to deploy herself to jobs.
Reports indicate that she may have worked at these jobs for a short time.

The release also states that Womack is charged with corrupt organizations, endangering the welfare of care, unlawful use of a computer, identity theft, forgery, theft by unlawful taking and multiple other charges.

Additionally, you are encouraged to call PSP Washington if you are able to confirm that the pictured suspect has worked at your facility.
