NILES Back in June, 21 News reported that the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library System's latest branch was coming to the Eastwood Mall. Now, the library is providing guests with a sneak peek of what's to come in the latest branch.
According to a post on Warren-Trumbull County Public Library System's Facebook page, library personnel have been hard at work getting the facility clean and painted, as well as unpacking materials and sorting books onto the shelves.
The library is set to open in September of 2025, and will be located in a 2,500 square-foot store in front of the JCPenney concourse near the children's play area and across from St. Joe's at the Mall.
The new branch will feature plenty of books, movies and more for checkout and return, as well as internet access through computers, printers and a robust schedule of programs for all ages.
