Firefighters respond to fire on Pinehurst Circle in Liberty; house uninhabitable

Firefighters responded to a call after 1 p.m. Wednesday in Liberty Township for a report of a residential fire in the 2200 block of Pinehurst Circle. 

The road was closed while firefighters fought the blaze. 

Everyone got out of the house safely, but the house is uninhabitable.

Some of the firefighters needed to be treated due to the heat. 

Liberty, Eagle Joint, Weathersfield and the Air Base fire departments assisted in battling the fire.
