One taken to hospital after crash in Boardman

BOARDMAN A crash in Boardman sent one person to the hospital on Saturday.

Crews were on scene just after 11 p.m. on Saturday for a call of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Shields Road and Glenwood Avenue.

A photo of the scene shows one of the vehicles involved with damage to the front.

Dispatchers with the Boardman Police Department confirm that at least one person was taken to the hospital, but any other injuries are unknown.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
