WARREN, Oh. - Police say Bradly Rogers, who had been missing since July 26 was found Sunday. Rogers' girlfriend told police that she "stumbled upon him" while driving through Youngstown Sunday afternoon.

Rogers' girlfriend said she found him walking around the south side of Youngstown, on Market Street, at 4:18 p.m. on Sunday. When she found him, Rogers was in "rough shape," she told 21 News.

"He doesn't remember much of what happened. He is currently in the hospital and will probably be there for a few days," Rogers girlfriend said.

When Rogers first went missing, on July 26, his girlfriend told police that Rogers had had past issues with drugs. During her original report to Warren Township PD, she added that there had been several stressful situations happening in his life that could have caused him to leave home, and relapse.
