BOARDMAN Alta Care Group announced in a news release on Monday the hiring of a new chief operating officer.
Stephen Inchak, pictured above, has been hired as Alta Care Group's Chief Operating Officer.
"I'm honored to join this incredible team of professionals here at Alta and look forward to supporting our mission, strengthening our operations and helping to grow the organization," said Inchak.
Alta Care Group, according to the release, is an agency committed to the social, emotional, behavioral, educational and physical well-being of children, adolescents, young adults and families within the Mahoning Valley.
Inchak brings to Alta Care Group more than two decades of experience in behavioral care, social work and case management.
Additionally, the release states that Inchak holds a bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and a master's degree from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
In his role as chief operating officer, Inchak will play a key leadership role, working in close partnership with the Alta Care Group CEO and senior management team.

Alta serves nearly 4,000 members across both Mahoning County and Trumbull County between Alta Behavioral Health and Alta Head Start locations.
