East Liverpool job fair offers career connections and professional development

Flying HIGH Inc, a non-profit professional development center, has partnered with OhioMeansJobs to host a free community job fair today, in East Liverpool. All job seekers are invited to meet employers and access professional development services at the event, located at the East Liverpool Administration Offices of Westgate School (810 W 8th St., East Liverpool, OH 43920).

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with potential employers, chat face-to-face as well as browse local open positions with competitive wages and benefits. Flying HIGH is also encouraging job seekers to take advantage of the free services being offered at the job fair such as earning skills credentials, passing drug screenings, obtaining a valid drivers' license and strengthening basic workplace skills.

Attendees can enter through Door 1-1 at the administration offices and no pre-registration is required.

The event will run from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. today.
