The 157th Stoneboro Fair in Mercer County opened its gates to the Mercer County community on Wednesday.

From Wednesday to Monday, September 1, 2025, the Stoneboro Fair will be in full swing.

The fair features several days of activities, grandstand events, demonstrations, performances and much more.

Additionally, 120 food vendors are featured, along with a fireworks show on Saturday and Sunday.

A full day-to-day rundown of events can be found online at the Stoneboro Fair website.

Every year, the fair tries to encourage the youth of the community to enter the fair.

Shirley McIntire, President of the Stoneboro Fair, told 21 News that the youth who do enter receive a free T-shirt.

"We try and encourage the youth - the youth is what builds the fair, and we try to encourage them to enter, so when we do give them a free t-shirt, whatever they enter. Whether it be cows or a craft, we give them a free t-shirt," said McIntire.

McIntire also wanted to extend a "thank you" to the sponsors, community members, and other fairs who help to support the event.

"We kind of work together with other fairs, and by getting with them, we get ideas. So, we thank the other fairs for support, but we, in turn, try to support them, so it's helping each other. And, we thank the community for supporting us, too," said McIntire.

Tickets to get in are $15 and include rides, parking and grandstand events. They can be purchased at the door or online at the Stoneboro Fair website.

The fair can be found at 2381 Mercer Road in Stoneboro, Pennsylvania.
