City of Warren launches campaign to build trust between residents, police

WARREN The City of Warren and The D5 Group have partnered to create a new campaign that aims to build relationships and trust between the residents of Warren and its police force.

The "Police and Community Trust Campaign" focuses on transparency, accountability and open dialogue.

Highlights listed in the release included:

• A mini-documentary featuring resident and city leadership voices
• The "Unfiltered Voices" audio series
• Original photography, blog content and a social media series
