The 16th Congressional District is made up of several counties, including Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Crawford, Erie and Venango County.

Derek Steyer sat down with Congressman Kelly, discussing several issues at the forefront of politics in recent weeks.

• A recent funding bill passed to avoid a partial government shutdown, more specifically related to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
