A Niles couple originally charged with child endangering, are convicted of reduced charges.
31-year-old Jack Tenney and his 23-year-old wife, Laura, were found guilty of disorderly conduct Monday morning, and each given suspended 30 day jail sentences.
Police found their children, ages three and under, home alone. The children were sleeping, but police say there was a bathtub half full of water.
Police records indicate the father had left the house to pick up the mother at work.
