Several Youngstown residents and businesses were without power, some even without heat this morning.
A small fire at the Ohio Edison substation on Belmont Avenue caused a power outage to nearly 450 customers around the city.
Several street lights were also affected by the outage.
The Youngstown Fire Department have the blaze under control. But crews needed to wait for the smoke to clear before maintenance could be done.
They are expecting power to be restored sometime this afternoon.
