Another Suspect Named in Trumbull County Torture Case

Another suspect is facing charges in a Trumbull County torture case.

Brandon Finney is the fourth person charged in connection with the torture of Shane DeSmith.

Finney was arraigned Thursday morning in Warren municipal court on charges of felonious assault and kidnapping. A judge set his bond at 25-thousand dollars.

Mike DeSantis and Stephen DeSantis have been charged with kidnapping and felonious assault. A juvenile is also facing charges in the case.
