A judge is expected to hand down a sentence of 28 years to life for the man who killed a three year old girl in Youngstown. Stoney Williams pleaded guilty today to aggravated murder and other charges today. Police say he was the triggerman in a drive-by shooting that claimed the life of Cherish Moreland last May. Williams is the son of the notorious Willie "Flip" Williams who received the death penalty for the execution style murder of four people.
