Youngstown Police Looking For Additional Scam Victims

Local authorities want to know if you were a victim of a home improvement scam. Youngstown's Crime Suppression Unit and the Valley's Law Enforcement Task Force arrested Kenneth Uthe at his Hilton Street home. Authorities say Uthe would allegedly collect cash from elderly and handicapped victims to buy materials for roofing work he never performed. He's charged with fraud and larceny.
