YOUNGSTOWN -
Several schools in the Valley are closing, delaying the start of classes, or switching to remote learning early Tuesday because of wintery road conditions.
As of 6 a.m., most of the school changes were in Trumbull and Columbiana Counties in Ohio and Mercer County in Pennsylvania.
School adjustments as of 6 a.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
