Two men from Mahoning County and one from Portage County face capital charges for murder and robbery.

20-year-old Justin Mosier of Ravenna as well as two brothers from Craig Beach, 20-year-old Jerry Barney Junior and 18-year-old Randy Barney all face aggravated murder and robbery charges.

Police believe the three robbed and beat victim Jack Hargett in Ravenna last July. He later died from his injuries.
