The Food Bank distributes food to 163 hunger relief organizations in Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. These organizations include church pantries, meal sites, homeless shelters, shelters for battered women, school pantries, and after-school programs. Second Harvest accepts non-perishable food donations but encourages monetary gifts. $1 can help provide up to 5 nutritious meals.

The mission of the Community Food Warehouse is to provide supplemental food to those who are hungry and to raise awareness of hunger throughout Mercer County.

Our member agencies include food pantries, soup kitchens, abuse and homeless shelters, local churches,after school programs, low income day care centers, youth centers, and mental health treatment centers. They are on the front line of hunger and directly serve our clients, all over Mercer County.
