BOARDMAN, Ohio - A Poland man is charged for causing a four car accident Sunday in the parking lot of a Boardman Giant Eagle.

Twenty-four-year-old Michael Yazvac pleaded not guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license, fleeing an accident on private property and failure to control his vehicle.

Police say Yazvac side swiped a car, then attempted to flee the scene, but struck a curb and flipped over damaging two other vehicles.

He's due back in court next week.
