CANFIELD, Ohio - Bond is set at 100-thousand dollars after a Canfield doctor waives arraignment on indictments for sex crimes.

In 2006, Smith was arrested on a 39 count drug indictment. Doctor Smith ended up pleading guilty to one misdemeanor and was sentenced to community service.

Now, a county grand jury has indicted Dr. Smith on charges of rape and sexual battery after a woman told police that he assaulted her early last month.
