State Police in Pennsylvania can no longer ticket you for using foul language.

The American Civil Liberties Union won a lawsuit finding that swearing can no longer bring charges of harassment or disorderly conduct.

The ACLU has received complaints by Pennsylvanians who have been given tickets after swearing at bad drivers, police, and even overflowing toilets.

While they say it's never a good idea to swear at police or anyone else, the ACLU says speech still your constitutional right, as long as it isn't threatening.

The lawsuit will include new training for state police so that the tickets, fines and court costs won't be a problem for those using four-letter words.
