Civil rights lawsuit filed against city of Warren, its police department, police chief and an officer
WARREN, Ohio - The city of Warren, its police department, the chief and one of his officers are the target of a 300 thousand dollar civil rights lawsuit.

The suit was filed Friday by Anthony Simmons who claims that Officer Jeff Hoolihan forced Simmons' three children to lie on the ground at gunpoint last year.
In his official statement about the incident, Hoolihan says that he didn't know whether or not the boys, ages seven, nine and 10, were armed.
