YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A would-be robber found he needed more than a piece of paper to steal money from a local business.
The teller at the Gypsy Lane Check Smart told police she never saw a gun, but a man with his hand in his pocket handed her a note Thursday afternoon.
Instead of handing over cash, the employee, standing behind bullet proof glass, pushed the alarm button.
The alleged thief then ran away.
