YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A prosecution witness who testified in a high profile murder case this week is now being accused of holding a couple at gunpoint in front of their six children.
Four felony arrest warrants have been issued for Alfonda Madison, 29, in Tuesday's home invasion.
Madison cut a deal with the Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office in last summer's shooting of a seven-year-old girl.
As a cooperating witness, Madison pled to one felonious assault charge. Three other assault charges and a firearm specification were dismissed against him. He was then placed on probation and released.
Youngstown police and the city prosecutor have charged Madison with aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated robbery and a weapons charge.
