WARREN, Ohio - Warren Mayor-elect Doug Franklin has made the first appointment to his staff.

Attorney Enzo Cantalamessa was named Director of Public Safety and Service. Cantalamessa is also a local business owner and the current legal counsel for the Trumbull County Engineer.

"I'd like to believe that in addition to the legal experience, the private sector experience, and the public sector experience that I bring is going to assist me equally as much." Cantalamessa said.

Congressman Tim Ryan and Gary Steinbeck of the United Steel Workers were on hand to support Cantalamessa's appointment.
