YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio A local company is helping classrooms get into the 21st century.
Turning Technologies makes software that allows teachers and students to interact using Galaxy Tablets as part of the learning process.
The Turning Foundation is partnering with other businesses to offer $3,600 grants to bring the technology to ten classrooms
"There's a little 10 inch Galaxy Tab that the classroom teacher can get. We're working with a group called Brain Pop and they have digital content for classroom teachers. Then Turning Technologies provides the student response technology," said John Wilson, President of Turning Technologies.
