YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A suspect in the hazing case of two Youngstown State University students, who did not show up to court, has been found and has been arrested and charged with felonious assault.
Raheem Satterthwaite, 22, was extradited from a Philadelphia prison and booked on two charges of felonious assault in response to a bench warrant that was filed in April after he failed to show for court.
His bond was set at $30,000.
Satterthwaite is one of nine suspects accused of beating 20-year-old Resean Yancey and 22-year-old Breylon Stubbs as part of an alleged hazing ritual for initiation into the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
A pre-trial for Satterthwaite is set for September 9th.
