OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma - Hobby Lobby stores plan to defy a federal mandate requiring it to offer employees health coverage.
An attorney for the arts and crafts chain says they take issue with the health plan's inclusion of access to the morning-after pill.
The chain risks potential fines of up to $1.3 million per day.
The company claims the mandate violates the religious beliefs of their owners, a conservative Christian family.
