MADISON, Ohio - An early morning blast destroyed an unoccupied home in Madison, Ohio and damaged several others.

The blast was felt as far as six miles away.

Fire officials said all four walls of the house were blown out and the roof collapsed. The debris then damaged other homes.

Crews are digging up the gas line to the house in search of an explanation for the incident.

Fire officials said any gas issue was isolated to the home that exploded.
