WARREN, Ohio - Voters passed the Champion schools 5.95 mills additional levy Tuesday evening with 52 percent of voters voting for the levy.
The levy covers a ten year plan and board president David Mahan said this will help Champion reopen libaries and use the money to avoid cuts, keep the programs they have and continue to be a school of excellence.
