FARRELL, Pennsylvania - One man is taken in to custody for the shooting death of Andrew T. Walko.

Miguel J. Huey, 26, of Hermitage was charged with criminal homicide, criminal conspiracy to robbery and robbery and will be arraigned today.

Huey was one of three men who entered the home of Walko's stepson.

The shooting happened on the 800 block of Emerson Avenue. Police were dispatched to the area for a "shots being fired" call just before midnight on Monday.

The police discovered that Walko, 44, of Farrell, was shot outside of his home.

He was taken to UPMC where he was pronounced dead with a gunshot wound to the chest area.

No motive has been established at this time.

The police investigation is ongoing.
