YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - An organization that provides shelter to victims of domestic violence hosted its annual benefit at Stambaugh Auditorium Saturday.

The Chocolate, Wine, Dine and Groove event was held to raise money to provide resources year-round for the Sojourner House, which is a safe place for women and children to stay.

"At this point our shelter is full. There are so many women and children that have been calling our program looking for services and we just need to the resources to be able to provide the services for them. We're the only shelter for Mahoning County." said Sojourner House program director Malinda Gavins
