Home of former YSU president on the auction block

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - What was once the home of a Youngstown State University president and then a place of business is now up for auction.
An open house was held at Penguin Place on Friday on North Champion Street in Youngstown.
Former YSU president Dr. Leslie Cochran renovated the building to make it a home and office space.
In 2000, Thermal Ventures Two bought it for more than $600,000.
The company is now selling the building since most of its offices will be located in the Detroit area.
"Some folks are looking at it as strictly residential, others are looking at it as strictly office and commercial space and some are looking at a combination of both," said Jeff Bees, President of Thermal Ventures Two.
All bids must be submitted to Bryce Auction and Realty by 4 p.m. on Friday, December 13th.
