NILES, Ohio - Two teenagers are in trouble for allegedly interfering with snow removal efforts Weathersfield Township.

On Thursday, 18-year-old Stefon Walker appeared in municipal court on to answer answer charges of disrupting public services.

Reports say that on Sunday the Mineral Ridge teen and a 16-year-old were standing in the middle of Seaborn Street and refused to move out of the way of a plow truck.

The report says  the teens uttered curses and threw snowballs at the truck as they approached the driver.

Walker is scheduled to appear back in court with a public defender later this month.
