Authorities have captured the third suspect wanted for the shooting death of a Farrell man as he was walking his dogs.
28-year-old Zachariah Owens of Sharon was arrested in Sunday hiding under a kitchen sink inside a home at 106 Wallis Avenue.
Owens is charged in connection with the May 13 shooting death of 44-year-old Andrew Walko as he walked his dogs outside his Emerson Avenue home.
Owens was arraigned on charges of murder, criminal conspiracy, robbery, aggravated assault, and having an unlicensed firearm. He's being held in the Mercer County jail without bond.
Two other men are charged in the case.
