The Mahoning County Coroner says that a 34-year-old Maryland woman died immediately in Wednesday's six-vehicle accident on the Ohio Turnpike.

Deputy coroner Dr. Joseph Orr says that Karen Yasmine Zorn died from blunt force injuries immediately following the impact.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Zorn stopped her SUV behind a Canfield fire truck that was parked along the westbound lane for an earlier, unrelated accident.

That's when Zorn's SUV was rear-ended by a Dodge pick-up truck hauling two vehicles on a car hauler.

The SUV became wedged between the trucks causing it to catch on fire.

Two Canfield firefighters were taken to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the truck hauling the vehicles, Allen Worley, 25, from Indiana, was flown to St. Elizabeth's Health Center for treatment.

The crash, which closed the westbound lanes of the Turnpike for several hours, remains under investigation.
