CLEVELAND (AP) - Five people will be arraigned Wednesday on felony charges in connection with an assault of Chuck E. Cheese's employees that police say began with complaints about a malfunctioning photo booth during a child's birthday party.


Authorities have said six employees of the restaurant in the Cleveland suburb of Parma were hurt in the March 6 attack and that two suffered serious injuries.


Forty-one-year-old Albert Brown, 35-year-old Jermele Barkley, 22-year-old Jahmee Green and 43-year-old Jahmeel Green Sr. were indicted Monday on charges that include felonious assault, assault, aggravated rioting and inciting to violence.


Twenty-one-year-old Chakara Watts was indicted on charges of aggravated rioting and inciting to violence. Police have said charges would be filed in juvenile court against a 17-year-old boy.


No attorney information was available Tuesday for the indicted suspects.
