Queen of Hearts jackpot expected to reach $1,000,000

AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - The Queen of Hearts jackpot is expected to reach a million dollars next week.
Up to 10,000 people watched and waited to see if luck would be a lady Wednesday night at Barry Dyngles. This week's jackpot grew to $778,203 after 306,000 tickets were sold.
Ray Clark's ticket that selected spot 38 was pulled from the 300 gallon drum. The Liberty man went in with a group who chose different spots on their tickets. Together they've been buying 225 tickets for the last three drawings. This card chose spot 38 which turned out to be the nine of hearts.
"My heart felt, it dropped down into my stomach because I really couldn't believe that I was lucky enough to be drawn," said Clark.
Clark plans to play again next week.
General manager Doug Duganne believes the jackpot will reach a million dollars next week, in light of the number of tickets sold for this drawing.
When people fill out their tickets for the next drawing, they will write in one of eight spots left on the board.
