STONEBORO, Pa. - Two people are in the hospital after a rollover crash on Route 62 in Stoneboro.

The crash happened just after 2 a.m. Saturday.

Pennsylvania State Police say 22-year-old Derek Richael of Stoneboro overtook another vehicle while speeding.

Richael attempted to merge back into the right lane when he lost control of his vehicle causing it to roll over three times, ejecting all three passengers.

Richael and 21-year-old Sean Murdock of Jackson Center were flown to St. Elizabeth's in Youngstown with serious injuries.

The third passenger, 29-year-old Shane Scott of Stoneboro, sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment. According to police, Scott didn't remember the crash.

Police say Richael was under the influence of alcohol.

Charges are pending lab analysts.

There is no update on their conditions.
