Crumbling concrete closes two levels of YSU parking deck
Youngstown State University closed two levels of the M2 Lincoln Avenue parking deck after a falling chunk of concrete damaged two cars on Tuesday.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown State University closed two levels of the M2 Lincoln Avenue parking deck after a falling chunk of concrete damaged two cars on Tuesday.
According to University spokesman Ron Cole a large piece of concrete fell from a ramp, causing significant damage to one of the two cars.
No one was injured.
The university says that a preliminary assessment indicates no structural damage to the deck.
Engineers will conduct a more extensive evaluation of the structure on Wednesday.
The university has closed levels 3 and 4 of the deck. Levels 1 and 2 will remain open.
Additional surface parking is available in the M7 and M26 lots on Lincoln Avenue.
