Ohio State Highway Patrol says that the fallen cable that backed up traffic on a Southington road have been cleared.

Traffic was diverted away from Route 422 in Southington when power lines fell across the road Wednesday afternoon.

First Responders and the Ohio Highway Patrol were called out after 2:30 when the wire fell onto all four lanes of the highway.

The road was blocked between routes 305 and 282, which is just east of the Portage-Trumbull County line.

Crews cleared the road at 3:00pm.
