Struthers city leaders are looking for public input on what one councilman is calling a proposed city wide parking ban.

STRUTHERS, Ohio - Struthers city leaders are looking for public input on what one councilman is calling a proposed city wide parking ban.
Councilman-at-large Michael Patrick announced on Monday that a public hearing has been scheduled on December 7 to talk about problems posed by on street parking in the city.
Patrick tells 21 News that the city has experienced repeated issues caused by people parking along streets.
Recently a city school bus sideswiped a car parked along Runge Avenue.
The city has solicited feedback from trash companies and ambulance services to learn about their experiences in coping with parking along streets.
The city has also hired a Transportation Coordinator.
The December 7 hearing is scheduled in council chambers at 6 p.m.
Any interested may attend to give their input, according to Patrick.
