YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - An eleven count indictment charges a Youngstown man with murdering one man and endangering the lives of eight other people by firing shots into a home on the city's south side earlier this year.

Jermaill Holloway, 24, has been in the Mahoning County jail since early last month, when he was arrested for firing shots into a home on Idora Avenue on March 20

One of the people at that home, 23-year-old Marquise Shelton, received a wound to the chest and died.

According to the indictment, eight other people were in the home at the time of the shooting. One woman was shot in the shoulder.

The indictment handed up by the Mahoning County Grand Jury on Thursday charges Holloway with mruder, felonious assault and improper discharge of a firearm into a habitation.
