Baby Boxes now available through the Howland Fire Department
The Howland Fire Department will now be an official Baby Box distribution site.
HOWLAND, Ohio - The Howland Fire Department will now be an official Baby Box distribution site.
The boxes are provided by the company Baby Box University and are free to all expecting families in the Howland area.
In order to get your box, head to babyboxuniversity.com and complete the quick video and quiz. Then, call to schedule a pick-up date at 330-856-5022 extension 3.
Take your certificate of completion to the Howland Fire Department to be eligible for a box.
The box aims to help new parents with safe sleeping techniques and includes wipes, diapers, and a small mattress.
The boxes will be available at the main fire station on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am until noon.
