A Warren man who went to the Bazetta Walmart store to apologize for flashing an employee earlier has been charged with public indecency.

Township police say 27-year-old Charles Haynes went to the store last week to say he was sorry for an incident that happened four days before when he and some friends had stopped by the Walmart after attending a party.

According to a police report, Haynes admitted being loud and disrespectful before lifting his shirt, putting his hands in his pants, and exposing himself to a female employee.

Haynes also went to the Bazetta Police station and was interviewed by an officer.

Appearing in Trumbull County Central District Court on Wednesday, Haynes pleaded not guilty.

His next court hearing is set for Monday.
