NEW CASTLE, Pa. - A New Castle man appeared in court for the first time after being charged with more than 150 criminal charges in an alleged drive-by shooting at a youth football game.

Forty-year-old Marc Taylor was arraigned in a Lawrence County Court where a judge ordered that he be held on a half a million dollars bond.

According to police, a male spectator was standing outside of a fence at Taggert field watching the game.

Officials say Taylor drove down the street and fire numerous shots from the driver's seat of the vehicle towards the male.

Taylor is facing two counts of attempted criminal homicide, four counts of aggravated assaults, persons not to possess firearms, carrying a firearm without a license, and 150 counts of Recklessly endangering another person.

Police say one count of endangering has been filed for each of the players and coaches for each of the teams that were at the field.

Police say they recognize that in addition to the players and coaches there were many fans in attendance but they were unable to get an accurate count and identify all those in attendance and for that reason they filed 150 counts.

Taylor is scheduled to be back in court on November 15th.
